To Vaccine, or not to Vaccine?

Time has come to put pen to paper (so to speak) and clear up a few things. A swelling number of people have been seeking my counsel regarding the national vaccine strategy that is currently being deployed in each state and territory due to COVID 19 and I must clarify a few points regarding my views.

I have said publicly, and I repeat that I am not an anti-vaxer nor do I deny the existence of the COVID 19 virus. This pandemic is real, this virus can kill and we must practice all the social cleaning and distancing we have all gotten used to in the last 18 months. What I have trouble with is the idea that we all must be vaccinated. When did it ever become a must, or mandatory law? It certainly has not been mandated as such yet by the federal government, other than in the state and territory Public Health Orders that require certain essential workers in certain LGA’s (12 in NSW) in strict lockdown to have had at least one of two vaccine shots. That is a far cry from mandating in into law nationally and by the time it does become ‘the law’ via a back door, thousands of employees will not know if they have a job next week because of it.

It’s easy to see how the federal government has simply ‘passed the buck’ to the States, Territories and employers for the vaccine rollout and authentication process to categorise people into two distinct groups, the vaccinated and the un-vaccinated. There is even talk of restricting further freedoms for those who choose not to be vaccinated. It seems to me that we are about to cross a dangerous precipice as this debate becomes very disconcerting and highly misleading. I often speak from personal experience and tend to ground my opinions in objective facts. They say there is just six degrees of separation, well I had a client pass away just a few weeks ago; it was quite a shocking experience for me. A 44yo educated and articulate woman; relatively perfect health; certainly no underlying health issues; one week after her AZ shot, she went to bed and never woke up. Cause; blood clot in her heart. Anyone who knows me well, knows that I have always had a healthy distrust of big government, and for very good reason.

I have fought and won many battles, but this is one battle which I join in total solidarity with those who conscientiously object to any form of mandatory vaccination of COVID 19 with this synthetic Mnra.

I will not mince my words (unlike most spineless politicians) so it is important to understand this about me moving forward:

1. I will not be forced by anyone, the government or otherwise into such a vaccination;

2. I will not be berated, stigmatised, bullied or cajoled into it, by anyone be they my family or friends;

3. I will not succumb to any law, directive or public health order that treats me as a ‘second-class’ citizen with any lesser rights than those vaccinated.

Quite frankly I have had a gut full of all the propaganda being deployed by our government[s], the mainstream media and the echo chambers of the APC (that is the Australian Propaganda Corporation, or ABC). I must also say though, that I am equally disgusted at the plethora of brainwashed TV personalities who continue to regurgitate all the misleading data that gets dished out day after day, night after night in pathetic press conferences wherein not one ‘journalist’ bothers asking how many people have been adversely effected or died due the vaccine, not one. What does that tell you? In the rush for this ‘fake society’ to extend their lives, they would rather be genetically modified, than live a normal, healthy, natural life.

I have full faith in my immune system, and I have fought off some pretty nasty diseases, one of which nearly killed me 20 years ago. I’ve looked very carefully into the reporting of adverse conditions and deaths as a result of the vaccines (both Pfizer & AZ) and I have absolutely zero faith in the numbers published by the TGA. They are rubbery figures, full of conjecture as to the “cause of death” usually if ‘unknown’ they are directed to put COVID. Prior to COVID being such a ‘novel’ health disruption influenza and pneumonia accounted for 4,269 deaths in Australia, and were the 9th leading cause of death, moving from the 11th leading cause of death in 2016 (3,334 deaths). The majority of the increase was driven by the influenza virus (84.6%). That info was uplifted directly from the ABS website.

We have been living with COVID for more than 18 months; we know more than 85% of people who get COVID are either Asymptomatic or show little or no signs of the disease. I don’t see the raft of health professionals and academics studying why 85% of us can fight and beat it with our own immune system? No, they would rather focus of the 80-90 year old’s that can’t fight the virus because of their own very weak immune systems. That may be sad and dangerous, but seriously, where did we ever derive this odious notion that medicine can keep us alive forever?

There are other ways to find a solution to this impasse and the Unions have pointed this out to the federal government by introducing rapid antigen testing. This could be undertaken at relatively low cost (in Europe they sell in packs of 10 for less than $20) and they can deliver a credible result in less than 15 minutes. This could even be a cost borne through Medicare, considering the Pfizer jab costs in excess of $50US each and all other vaccines are paid via Medicare.

Thanks to COVID and our inept government[s] not adequately dealing with it, we seem to be developing a whole generation of stupid, ignorant, brainwashed clods that think they can ‘lord it over us’ and tell us what we should be doing, I’ve got news for them; watch out. Something tells me the next election cycle in Australia is going to go spectacularly awry, and I can’t wait to watch it unravel.
